Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Institutions are responsible for the users and data they add to the Service.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it — including by attempting to disrupt it, access data without authorization, or use it to infringe others’ rights. You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service.

Paid plans are billed according to the plan and term selected. Fees are based on active enrolled students or the agreed contract. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

Clazro and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, design and trademarks. White-label branding rights granted to institutions apply only to their own presentation of the Service and do not transfer ownership of the platform.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, and target high uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or improve the Service over time.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clazro disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Either party may terminate in accordance with the applicable order or plan. On termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion, in line with our Privacy Policy.
